Michael Wagner | Team Impowe(RED)

On September 8th, I am participating in AIDS Walk Portland, and I need your help!

2018 is my FIFTH YEAR walking in AIDS Walk Portland! Together with my friends at Team Impowe(RED), we’ve raised thousands of dollars to ensure that HIV/AIDS testing, education, outreach, treatment, and support services are available in the Portland Metro Area, including my own home of Southwest, Washington!

Education remains our strongest tool for building an HIV/AIDS free generation. Though treatment is advancing every single day, and a vaccine may be on the horizon, the prevention of additional seroconversions (there’s a word for you!) is the most effective path forward.

When you donate to my AIDS Walk Fund you are helping Cascade AIDS Project (CAP) to keep facilities open, testing available, public health nurses and other healthcare professionals working to ensure that anyone and everyone who is concerned about HIV/AIDS has access to information, testing, and support.

Please consider supporting my walk, supporting this cause, and helping ensure a healthier, safer tomorrow.

Thanks and love,
